The new student recruitment system for the Bachelor of Chemistry Study Program, FST UIN Raden Fatah Palembang, is carried out through UIN Raden Fatah Palembang Entrance Examination Selection; (http://pmb.radenfatah.ac.id). There are two categories of new student admissions which consist of an invitation (SNMPTN, SPAN-PTKIN) and a written test (SBMPTN, UM-PTKIN, and USM). Most students can complete their studies on time (8 Semesters), even some of them graduated in a faster time (7 semesters). In the last 3 years the average GPA of graduates is 3.00. During their study period, each student is required to produce a scientific work (thesis) and disseminate it in the Departmental forum as a graduation requirement, as well as be presented at international/national seminars.
